As well as being an engineer, I am also a general contractor and can use my experience to save you time, money, and headaches, and mis-communications with your suppliers! I can also help you pick contractors and/or advise you if you plan to be your own contractor. We will provide signed and sealed construction drawings that include floor plans, elevations, wall sections, hurricane wind design, structural design, detailed material specifications, and installation specifications. Construction drawings will be provided to you in printed form, and also provided electronically (PDF) for your convenience.

I am a state certified general contractor with 25 years of experience constructing residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, facilities, earth stations, and communications towers in Florida. I also specialize in the repair of structures and have performed and/or supervised over 25 million dollars of work in my career. You may not need a contractor, or I may not be interested in contracting your project, but (at a minimum) I can help you stay out of trouble and steer you in the right direction to have a successful project or repair.  

 

 

Tower & Light Pole Engineering

If you install communication towers, antennas, or light poles we can provide plans and engineering that is permit ready with typical turnaround times of two to three days. Our plans and engineering meet all of the requirements of the Florida 2020 Building Code for wind speed, foundation design, and other code requirements needed to obtain a building permit. A variety of accessories can be analyzed and specified on the plans such as cameras and multiple antennas.
